Help me choose a storyline

I have two storylines I’m contemplating for April’s Camp NaNoWriMo. I can’t decide which is more interesting to focus on. I would love your thoughts on these two ideas.

No, YOU Should be Writing!

Yeah. So. I should be writing. And I got stuck in the world wide web – it’s a sticky place. (Get it…stuck…web…sticky…whatever, I’m funny.) I found some famous people willing to yell at me and tell me what’s what. Thought I’d share them with you. Just in case you need to be writing, too. Enjoy!

Novel Thoughts: A Short Blog Break

During the month of November I probably won’t be on Eccentric Randomness very much. There’s that whole National Novel Writing Month thing going on and my writing skills are needed on that. But, if you’re missing me, you can check out my “Novel Thoughts” blog. Over there, I just drop quick thoughts as I go through the process of writing a full novel in 30 days. It’s a simple way for me to journal the process and not feel like I need to add images or styling or anything. Writing Inspiration

This post is to get ME inspired to be writing. Because the only writing I’ve done this month is here. And that’s fun and nice and great for y’all. But, it’s not going to get my books out of my head and on paper. So, hopefully this one will remind me WHY we write and encourage us to get to doing it!

Cover: Compliments from a Stranger

Compliments from a Stranger is the first full-length novel I wrote. It came into being in April 2013 during the wonderful Camp NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). I’ve edited it a couple of times but it still needs more refinement. However, I needed a visual to go with it, for my own edification. My photographer friend (who took the blog header image) took a stab at the design for the book. This isn’t the final cover, but it will look very close to this (we know the woman isn’t the right one…). Before I give you any excerpts, I thought you’d like to see this first.
